We currently ship across India.

2. Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping: Free for all prepaid orders.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): A nominal fee will be applied.

  • Express Shipping: Extra cost will be applied, depending on the location.

3. Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Orders are processed within 24-48 hours of payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • You will receive a confirmation email/SMS with tracking details once your order is dispatched.

4. Estimated Delivery Timelines

  • Metro Cities: 3-5 business days.

  • Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 5-7 business days.

  • Remote Locations: 7-10 business days.

Note: Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, strikes, or government regulations.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS.

  • You can track your shipment in real time using the provided link.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

  • COD is available for select pin codes. Check availability at checkout.

  • The delivery partner will collect the payment upon delivery. Please have the exact amount ready.

  • Refusing COD orders multiple times may result in restrictions on future COD purchases.

7. Shipping Partners

We work with trusted logistics partners to ensure safe and timely delivery of your handbags.

8. Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact our support team. We will assist in tracking and resolving the issue at the earliest.

9. Returns Due to Failed Delivery

If an order is returned due to incorrect address, refusal to accept, or failed delivery attempts, we will initiate a refund (excluding shipping charges) or reship the order at an additional cost.
